We achieve this by understanding each store’s shopper segmentation; what their shopper missions were, how much time they spent in the store, how they navigated the various zones within the stores and how these behaviours were different depending on day-part or day of the week.

Our initial retail audit insights provided essential knowledge to personalise store messaging opportunities. Each of the digital platforms accessed during the customer journey were then fine-tuned using store specific insights, to create “right place, right time, right mindset” marketing messages and content throughout the connected experience thus allowing us to adapt the store experience to shopper behaviour and needs.
